The Life Clean Up prototype completes six uninterrupted months of work using renewable energy

The research project focused on the cleaning of wastewater, called Life Clean Up, uses a combination of ultrafiltration with polymers, with an advanced oxidation process.

Six months after its start-up, of this project located in the WWTP located in Cabezo Beaza de Cartagena, it has been proven that this research is very effective, since it exceeds 90% cleanliness with respect to pollutants. Besides, It is also a plan based on self-sufficiency, due to the fact that the sunlight in the Region of Murcia is properly used, with the installation of different solar panels.
